Administrative Assistant MOSERS is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant.
The objective of this position is to greet, register and assist members in the MOSERS lobby in a professional manner and create a positive first impression.
Other duties may include answering incoming MOSERS calls; assisting members with questions and directing them to the appropriate person; processing all returned mail and emails; processing various forms including beneficiary changes, optional life enrollment forms, authorizations to release information, designation of agent forms, tax withholdings, direct deposits; and updating address and demographic information; enrolling members in seminars; and scheduling appointments for members to meet with Benefit Counselors.
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
Strong customer service skills are a must.
Anticipated starting salary is $28,500 - $31,500.
