MyFedRetirementWerks Insurance Services is a rapidly growing financial services group focusing on the highly profitable Federal market. We help employees optimize their retirement options, utilizing a proven process that allows you to generate high premium cases that stick!
We are expanding in the St. Louis, MO area (40 mile radius) and interviewing qualified candidates for our upcoming training class! We are seeking and newly licensed agents and current Life insurance licensed agents.
Your first-year compensation can be $90,000 to $120,000 with ongoing, recurring income to follow, plus cash bonuses, incentives and more! This is an independent agent, commission-only role. Please only apply if you can handle a commission career. It will take time (but not much) to get rolling, as we have a real system, advanced training, and real people who support you.
Just ONE sale a week could get you $60K in income for the year! 90 days in, you could be on track to do $100-120K a year by adding an extra sale or 2 per week!
There are NO upfront expenses or fees. We have highly converting leads and New Agent kits that you can pay off through your commissions and not out of pocket upfront. You will be driving your own vehicle to appointments... So only apply if you have reliable transportation AND will not complain about windshield time (the $$ will be worth it).
