Customer Service Representative
Kingdom Telephone Company is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual focused on quality customer service to join our team to fill the position of Customer Service Representative.
A Customer Service Representative is the main point of contact, whether in person, via e-mail or telephone. Applicants must project a professional and knowledgeable image when dealing with the public. Applicant must be able to adapt to changes within the organization and within our industry.
Essential Job Functions
Assists customers via phone, email or in person with any service or billing questions.
Processes service orders for new services, changes, or disconnects.
Service sales either new or upgrades.
Projects friendly, knowledgeable, and professional image to public
Comply with all rules and regulations
Attends community events or company events as directed
Performs all other related duties as assigned by Management.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of basic computer skills including Excel and Word.
Creative marketing skills.
Ability to adapt to changes in organization and our industry.
Ability to learn new skills quickly.
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Must be a Multi-tasker.
Ability to effectively function as a team player.
Highly motivated and a self-starter.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or higher plus 3 to 5 years of customer service experience.
