ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT/ ACCOUNTING CLERK The County of Cole is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk capable of performing secretarial services to the Director of Public Works and support staff.
The employee works under general supervision using independent judgment and the application of departmental policies, operating procedures, rules and regulations.
The position requires a high degree of public contact.
Work includes the performance of responsible secretarial and clerical work which may include the performance of delegated administrative tasks in contrast to the more general clerical responsibilities' typical of a lower level clerical position.
The degree of supervision received varies among position, but work is not generally subject to detailed review.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

The starting salary for this position is $25,243.08 per year.
