Vice President of Education The Missouri Hospital Association is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter to be responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of in-person and virtual educational initiatives conducted by the Association.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, education, communications or a health-related field of study.
Formal education or two to three years of experience in health care required.
Candidate must have experience and demonstrate a high comfort level in planning, managing and facilitating meetings and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Must have knowledge and experience in working with committees and other organizational planning components.
Must be able to communicate effectively with people of all educational levels and professions.
Candidate also must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office products and demonstrate strong writing skills.
Must demonstrate a high degree of management and supervisory skills in addition to outstanding customer relations skills.
