OFFICE MANAGER Samco Business Products has a new position for a self-motivated individual to lead our office team!
Personal responsibilities would include all internal accounting functions of accounts receivables, accounts payable, and preparation of financial reports.
Other responsibilities include: daily cash management, handling any billing and collection issues, maintaining office computer system programs, and coordinates an efficient and helpful office team.
Certain human resources responsibilities would also be included.
College degree and a minimum of 4 year s experience in a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic PC and Network skills required.
The ability to learn quickly on our business proprietary software is a necessity.
