A day in the life of the Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician includes:
You are the eye of the customer and as such, assure that product is wholesome and meet all product specifications. You are accountable for the product quality in your area.
The QA Technician follows all company and QA policies, to enforce all food safety policies and procedures. Assure the implementation of the SQF program and meet all product specifications.
Four plus years within the meat industry with an emphasis on pork or the combination of education and experience that enables performance in all aspects of the position.
Salary range is $50,000 to $55,000 commiserate with experience
