2nd shift $11hr with 10% shift differential
General Employee Requirements:
The incumbent is expected to meet quality work standards, and work in conformity with all company policies, guidelines, procedures and work within the scope of the law.
Must utilize effective interpersonal communication, have a teamwork approach and demonstrate positive relations skills. Must have the ability to work effectively with others and follow directions of Supervisor.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity.
Support all warehouse operations to include packaging, shipping, etc.
Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity.
Verify and keep record of incoming shipments.
Compares part numbers, counts, and weights of incoming shipments to bill of lading or packing slips.
Maintain product identification and location program.
Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.
Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations.
Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
Document damaged product.
Have strong verbal and written skills
Must be detailed oriented.
Must comply with all safety requirements
Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent for this position.
Relevant warehouse experience within the last year preferred.
Recent experience with Cycle counting/inventory preferred.
Must be able to operate forklift.
Required to wear steel toe shoes.
Must be computer literate experience with Microsoft Windows and Excel preferred.
Must have ability to calculate mathematical values.
Must be able to work efficiently while keeping correct data
Ability to work overtime as need, this could be during the week, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Job Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand.
This position is active and requires walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, reaching, or carrying material.
The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds, and possibly lift and move up to 75 pounds.
Work Environment Job Requirements:
Mobility inside our 50,000 square foot facility required.
Infrequent travel may be required.
100 % of the normal workday will be inside of our facility which is climate controlled.
